We ship with DHL. Your order leaves the workshop in 1–3 business days. Approximate delivery: Mexico 2–5 business days, USA and Canada 3–10, international 10–15. Free shipping within Mexico. Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
You may request an exchange within 5 business days of delivery. Credit is issued toward a future purchase; there are no cash refunds. The piece must come back in its original condition and packaging.
Which writing system should you choose?
Fountain pen. Ink flows the moment the nib touches the paper. A smooth, even line for letters and signatures.
Rollerball. A fixed tip and water-based ink: close to a fountain pen, with no pressure. For signing, writing and notes.
Ballpoint. A ball mechanism and oil-based ink. For quick notes and documents. The system inside Le Busy Clic.
Caring for silver
Natural sterling silver darkens over time. Let it take on a patina, or clean it to bring back the shine.
